Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Place the items in their original condition with tags attached into the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
